Sherri-mar is south of 14th Street Southwest and directly east of South Taft Avenue. Homes in Sherri-mar are in the 1000 to 1900 livable square foot range and building started in Sherri-mar in the mid sixties and continued into the early nineties. Homes in Sherri-mar have mature trees, landscaping with Sherri-mar Park in the center of the neighborhood and without an HOA. Sherri-mar is centrally located south of  Downtown Loveland and all its shopping and dining and the Chilson Recreation facility that offer activities for all ages. Just to the north of Sherri-mar are the Loveland Fairgrounds and the Fairgrounds Park. A quick drive west on 14th Street Southeast (Highway 18/402) takes you to interstate 25 and less than five minutes you are at the Budweiser Events Center, new Centerra shopping complex and the new Medical Center of the Rockies. Sherri-mar is a short five minute drive to the new Loveland Sports Park and the fantastic Winona Pool with its green lounging lawn and fantastic water slide via 287 and west on East 1st Street. Schools are Kitchen Elementary School (within the Sherri-mar community), Clark Middle School and Thompson Valley High School.
